IMPORTANT: MODIFIED SAILING INFORMATION
Norwegian Cruise Line announced today that Norwegian Getaway will be delivered earlier than originally scheduled in late January 2014 and will sail a seven-day Eastern Caribbean itinerary from Miami year-round. To accommodate Norwegian Getaway’s arrival, the company is modifying the itineraries of its existing ships in Miami during that time. As a result Norwegian Epic’s 7-Day Eastern Caribbean sailings departing from Miami from February 1 to April 19, 2014 have been modified. Norwegian Cruise Line sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this change and would like to thank you for your patience and understanding. Norwegian is offering guests currently booked on these sailings the following options:
Option 1: Move to Norwegian Epic’s 7-Day Western Caribbean sailings departing Sundays from Miami February 2
to April 20, 2014, stopping in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Costa Maya and Cozumel, Mexico and the fare will be
protected at your current rate or re-priced if the new fare is lower. If you choose this option you will receive a $50
per stateroom on-board credit to be used on any expenditure on the ship, except service charges. Guests
currently booked in suites (categories S1-S5; SC, SE-SF) will receive a $100 per stateroom on-board credit to be
used on any expenditure on the ship, except service charges.
Option 2: Move to Norwegian Getaway’s 7-Day Eastern Caribbean sailings departing Saturdays from Miami
February 1 to April 19, 2014, and your fare will re-priced to the current published fare. If you choose this option
you will receive a $50 per stateroom on-board credit to be used on any expenditure on the ship, except service
charges. Guests currently booked in suites (categories S1-S5; SC, SE-SF) will receive a $100 per stateroom onboard
credit to be used on any expenditure on the ship, except service charges.
Option 3: Transfer your reservation to any sailing in the Norwegian Cruise Line fleet from now until April 30, 2014
and the fare will be re-priced to the current published fare. If you choose this option you will receive a $50
per stateroom on-board credit to be used on any expenditure on the ship, except service charges. Guests
currently booked in suites (categories S1-S5; SC, SE-SF) will receive a $100 per stateroom on-board credit to be
used on any expenditure on the ship, except service charges.
Changes must be made by Tuesday, October 16, 2012 to receive the bonus If we do not receive a response by Tuesday, October 16, 2012, reservations on Norwegian Epic will remain on the new 7-Day Western Caribbean sailing departing one day later than previously scheduled.
